24/7 Medical health home care

We offer a variety of home care options for seniors and adults with disabilities. We know that everyone’s needs are different, which is why our care plans are tailor-made for everyone.

Personal care

ATCHS’s trained caregivers aid with personal care needs ranging from stand-by assistance to full care depending on each client’s individual needs:
*Bathing, grooming and overall appearance
Mobility assistance
*Assistance with position changes and transfers for those clients that are bed bound or may need assistance with getting in and out of bed
*Incontinence care, toileting needs, and safety in the bathroom
*Assistance with preparing and serving meals, and support for special diets
*Care for those with memory issues or cognitive impairments
*Medication reminders and management
*Assisting with outings, social events, shopping trips, and other activities of interest to maintain engagement both physically and emotionally
*Assistance with fall prevention

Companionship care

If your loved one needs companionship, interaction, or emotional support, a companion caregiver can b e a friendly and familiar face to help them get though the day and reignite their enjoyment of life.

24-hour home care

Seniors who wander at night can benefit from someone aware of their movements. In a 24-hour home care arrangement, two or more caregivers rotate shifts to ensure someone is always available day and night to help your loved one when needed. A trained and alert caregiver is always available to care for and supervise your loved one. Rotations ensure caregivers are refreshed and ready to address any situation.

Memory Care

Our caregivers specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care will create a comprehensive and personalized memory care plan for your senior. Our dedicated and compassionate caregivers will use their training and experience to foster a sense of security for your loved one and family. They’ll also maintain familiar routines and prioritize your aging loved one’s dignity and respect.

Respite Care
