Services · 24-Hour Home Care
Someone awake, alert, and there all night
Caregivers rotate in shifts so someone trained and genuinely rested is always there for your mom or dad, through the afternoon and through the long part of the night.

What's included
What 24-hour home care covers

Written first
Every plan is put in writing and approved by you before a caregiver starts.
If your parent wanders at night, falls easily, or simply can't be left alone anymore, continuous coverage is what finally lets everyone sleep. Rotating shifts keep our caregivers rested and alert through the hours when the risk is highest, so you're not the one lying awake listening for footsteps.
- Two or more caregivers rotating on scheduled shifts
- Awake overnight coverage, not a sleeping shift
- Nighttime bathroom assistance and fall prevention
- Supervision for wandering and sundowning behavior
- Morning and bedtime routines handled start to finish
- Meals, hydration, and medication reminders around the clock
- Daily written notes so the family knows exactly how the night went
- Immediate escalation to family and physicians when something changes

Signs families call us about
If one of these has been true for a while and you've been quietly carrying it, that's reason enough to call. You don't need to wait for a crisis to ask for help.
Nights are the hardest part
Wandering, confusion after dark, or repeated calls for help at 3 a.m.
A family member is not sleeping
Round-the-clock family caregiving is not sustainable, and burnout is dangerous for both people.
A recent fall or hospital stay
The weeks after a fall carry the highest risk of another one.
Through the night
Someone awake while the house sleeps.

Questions
24-Hour Home Care: the details
Is 24-hour care the same as live-in care?
No. Live-in care means one caregiver sleeping in the home. In 24-hour care, caregivers rotate in shifts and stay awake, which is safer for clients who need attention overnight.
How many caregivers will we meet?
Typically two or three on a stable rotation, all introduced to you before they start, so your loved one is never met by a stranger.
Can we start with nights only?
Yes. Many families begin with overnight coverage and add daytime hours later, or the reverse.
Rather just talk it through?
One short call is usually all it takes to know what fits. No forms, no script.

Care that often goes alongside
You don't have to figure this out alone.
You don't need the right words or a list of questions. Just tell us what's been going on, and we'll tell you what kind of care fits, what it costs, and what we'd do first. One call, and someone who has done this a thousand times is on your side of it.
